Google Penguin 2.0 Finally Rolled Out and Completed
Latest News reaching us now, is that google has finally rolled out the much dreaded, but awaited Penguin 2.0.
According to Matt Cutts, this Penguin update is one of the biggest and yes, it’s completed.
Going through Matt Cutts blog, i decided to extract this short description from his blog.
“We started rolling out the next generation of the Penguin webspam algorithm this afternoon (May, the 22nd of 2013), and the rollout is now complete.
According to stats being released by Matt Cutts, about 2.3% of English-US queries are affected to the degree that a regular user might notice (that’s huge right?).
The change has also finished rolling out for other languages world-wide. The scope of Penguin varies by language, for example:
languages with more webspam will see more impact.”
Now, that’s huge, this penguin 2.0 update affects search, to the extend that even regular users might notice!.
it’s a total over hauling, and yes, i’m seeing big changes in my keywords and other high ranking keywords.
Now, the big question is:
are you seeing changes in your targeted keyword?
What’s your position before and now?
i would really love to hear from You through the comment box.
As for me, it’s positive, as i’ve got a big high in my keywords.
